 Event Terms & Conditions

Sunday 13 December 2026, Goodwood Motor Circuit

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to every ticket purchased for the Land Rovers of London (“LRL”, “we”, “us”, “our”) Christmas Market at Goodwood Motor Circuit on Sunday 13 December 2026 (the “Event”). By purchasing a ticket you (“the Ticket Holder”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before booking.

1. Tickets & Admission

  • Tickets are sold per car and admit one vehicle and its registered occupants to the Event, subject to the ticket type purchased.

  • General Admission — £15.00 per car: static display and general access to the Christmas Market, trade vendors, and food & drink area.

  • Premium Admission — £50.00 per car: includes all General Admission benefits plus one ticketed parade lap of Goodwood Motor Circuit (see Section 5, Parade Laps).

  • Entry is strictly limited to 500 vehicles. Once capacity is reached, ticket sales will close.

  • Physical tickets, including a complimentary LRL sticker, will be posted to the address provided at checkout. Tracked postage is available at an additional cost payable by the Ticket Holder at the time of booking.

  • Please allow sufficient time for postal delivery ahead of the Event. LRL is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other couriers once dispatched.

  • A valid ticket must be presented (or the vehicle registration confirmed against the booking) on arrival. LRL reserves the right to refuse entry without a valid ticket.

2. Booking, Payment & Confirmation

  • All ticket prices are shown inclusive of any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment is taken in full at the time of booking. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email issued.

  • It is the Ticket Holder's responsibility to check all booking details (including vehicle registration and postal address) are correct at the time of purchase.

3. Cancellations & Transfers

  • Tickets are non-refundable. This includes cancellations by the Ticket Holder for any reason, including but not limited to illness, vehicle unavailability, or a change of plans.

  • Tickets are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person and/or vehicle by notifying us in writing before the Event, so that entry and, where applicable, parade lap records can be updated.

  • Where LRL is required to cancel or postpone the Event (see Section 8, Event Changes & Cancellation by the Organiser), the refund position set out in that section will apply instead of this Section 3.

4. Vehicle & Attendee Eligibility

  • Vehicles must be taxed, insured, and roadworthy (or, for static/show vehicles, safe to be moved and displayed) in order to attend.

  • LRL reserves the right, acting reasonably, to refuse admission to any vehicle it considers unsafe or unsuitable for the venue.

  • Drivers taking part in the parade lap must hold a full, valid driving licence and their vehicle must be covered by valid motor insurance at the time of the Event.

  • All occupants of a vehicle attending the Event do so subject to these Terms and any additional instructions issued by LRL or Goodwood staff on the day.

5. Parade Laps — Risk & Liability

Parade laps take place on Goodwood Motor Circuit, a live motorsport venue. Participation carries inherent risks. By purchasing a Premium ticket and/or taking part in a parade lap, the Ticket Holder and driver acknowledge and accept the following:

  • Vehicles are driven on the circuit entirely at the owner/driver's own risk.

  • Neither LRL nor Goodwood accepts liability for any damage, loss, injury, or death arising from participation in the parade lap, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law).

  • Drivers must comply at all times with the instructions of marshals, LRL staff, and Goodwood personnel, and with the circuit's own rules and speed restrictions for the parade lap.

  • LRL reserves the right to remove any vehicle or driver from the parade lap, without refund, for unsafe driving or failure to follow instructions.

  • Drivers confirm their vehicle is roadworthy and adequately insured for use on the circuit, and that they hold a valid driving licence.

  • A separate indemnity or disclaimer provided by Goodwood may also apply to circuit use and must be signed/accepted on the day where required; this is in addition to, and does not replace, these Terms.

6. Vehicle & Attendee Conduct

  • All attendees must behave in a safe and considerate manner towards other attendees, vendors, staff, and the venue.

  • Vehicles must be parked/displayed only in designated areas and moved only under the direction of marshals or LRL staff.

  • LRL reserves the right to remove any attendee or vehicle from the Event, without refund, for behaviour that is unsafe, disruptive, or that damages the reputation of LRL, its sponsors, or the venue.

7. Health, Safety & Weather

  • The Event takes place outdoors and undercover across the site; please dress and prepare appropriately for December weather conditions.

  • LRL will make reasonable efforts to run the Event as planned in the event of adverse weather, but reserves the right to amend, restrict, or suspend elements of the Event (including parade laps) on safety grounds.

  • Children attending remain the responsibility of their accompanying adult(s) at all times.

8. Event Changes & Cancellation by the Organiser

  • LRL reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the Event programme, timings, or layout where necessary.

  • If LRL is required to cancel the Event in full due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (including but not limited to venue unavailability, extreme weather, or government restrictions), Ticket Holders will be offered a refund or a transfer to a rescheduled date, at LRL's discretion.

  • LRL is not liable for any indirect costs incurred by Ticket Holders in connection with attending the Event, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or time off work, whether or not the Event proceeds as planned.

9. Photography, Filming & Media Consent

The Event will be photographed and filmed by LRL and its sponsors and partners for use in event coverage, social media, marketing, and promotional materials. By attending the Event, the Ticket Holder and all occupants of their vehicle consent to being photographed and/or filmed, and to LRL and its sponsors using such images and footage (including of attendees and vehicles) across their channels, without further notice or payment. If you would prefer not to be photographed, please make yourself known to LRL staff on the day and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate this.

10. Sponsors & Third Parties

The Event is supported by headline sponsors (Pivotal and The OUT) and trade vendors. Any goods or services offered by third-party vendors or sponsors at the Event are provided by those third parties under their own terms, and LRL accepts no liability for such goods or services. Sponsor branding and activations may appear throughout the Event.


  • LRL's sponsors, partners, and trade vendors are independent third parties and are not responsible for the organisation or running of the Event.

  • Except to the extent liability cannot be excluded by law, LRL's sponsors and partners accept no liability to Ticket Holders in connection with the Event, and Ticket Holders agree not to bring any claim against LRL's sponsors or partners arising from their attendance.

11. Liability

  • Except as set out in Section 5 (Parade Laps), LRL's total liability to any Ticket Holder in connection with the Event and these Terms is limited to the value of the ticket(s) purchased.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

  • LRL does not accept liability for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal property while at the Event, except where caused by LRL's negligence.

12. Data Protection

Personal information provided when booking (including name, address, and vehicle registration) will be used by LRL to administer the Event, dispatch tickets, and for related communications, in accordance with UK data protection law. Details will not be sold to third parties. Where sponsors run their own promotions or data collection at the Event, this will be made clear and subject to their own privacy terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising from them or the Event will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
