1. Acceptance of Terms
By agreeing to the Terms & Conditions and purchasing a ticket for an event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Attendance at Own Risk
Attendance at event is entirely at your own risk. You acknowledge that car-related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, damage, or loss.
Any travel to, from, or between locations is entirely independent and not organised, supervised, or controlled by the organiser.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the event organiser, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property arising from or in connection with your attendance or participation in the Event.
4. Participant Responsibility
All attendees are responsible for their own conduct and safety at all times during the Event.
If you bring or operate a vehicle, you confirm that:
- Your vehicle is roadworthy and safe to operate
- You hold a valid driving licence (if applicable)
- Your vehicle is properly insured
- You will comply with all applicable road laws and regulations
5. Behaviour
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from an event without refund if they:
- Act in a dangerous, reckless, or inappropriate manner
- Fail to follow instructions from event staff
- Pose a risk to themselves or others
6. Damage & Indemnity
You agree to be responsible for any damage or loss caused by your actions at the Event.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organiser, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and partners against any claims, damages, or losses arising from your actions or negligence.
7. Vehicles & Property
The organiser and sponsors accept no responsibility for:
- Loss, theft, or damage to vehicles
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
All property is brought to the Event at your own risk.
8. Event Changes & Cancellation
The organiser and sponsors reserve the right to:
- Modify, postpone, or cancel the Event at any time
- Make changes to the schedule, location, or activities
The organiser shall not be liable for any costs incurred by attendees due to such changes.
9. Photography & Media
By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed or filmed. The organiser and sponsors may use such media for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
10. Sponsors & Third Parties
Sponsors and partners are independent entities. The organiser is not responsible for the actions, products, or services of any sponsors or third parties.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
