Returns Policy
At Land Rovers of London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
- You have 28 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
How to Return an Item
- Contact james@landroversoflondon.com to initiate your return.
- We will provide you with return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and include your original order confirmation inside the package.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the item you want is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it with photos and details. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
